Cancellation Policy
At Prestige Worldwide, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy for both virtual and in-person meetings.
1. Virtual Meetings
• Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a virtual meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a virtual meeting without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
2. In-Person Meetings
• Cancellation Notice: For in-person meetings, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend an in-person meeting without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
• Travel Fees: For in-person meetings that involve travel, any non-refundable travel expenses incurred will also be billed in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• If you notify us within the appropriate timeframe (24 hours for virtual meetings, 48 hours for in-person meetings), we will be happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
• Rescheduling requests made after the cancellation window will be subject to the same fees as a late cancellation.
4. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), please reach out to us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion in such cases.
5. Payment Policy
• All session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 5–7 business days.
